Shipping Cost: A flat shipping fee of Rs 200 is included per pair of shoes. This fee covers the packaging, handling, and transportation costs associated with delivering your order to the specified destination.
Delivery Timeframe: We aim to deliver your order within 5-7 working days, starting from the day the order is confirmed. However, please note that deliveries are not made on Fridays. This means if your order falls within the 5-7 working day timeframe and includes a Friday, the delivery will be scheduled for the next working day.
Order Processing: Once your order is placed and payment is successfully received, we initiate the processing immediately. Our dedicated team works diligently to ensure your package is prepared for shipment in a timely manner.
Shipment Notification: Once your package is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email or SMS with the tracking details. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
Delivery Attempts: Our shipping partner will attempt delivery of your package at the provided shipping address. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, they may try again on the next working day. Alternatively, they may leave a notice for you to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from the nearest courier center, depending on their policies.
